Hi, is it true that for tall players is harder to play table tennis than small players (china, etc) ? If its true then why ?

Tall players have advantages as well in Table Tennis. They have better reach.
There have been tall World champions like Jorgen Persson. So it si possible to become very good if you are tall. There is also Vladimir Samsonov who is a highly ranked player.

Not to mention Wang Liqin, multiple world champion. At a more local level, some of the toughest people to play against at my club are those long lankey players with long arms that seem to chase down any ball.

the only problem for me being 6'2'' table tennis player is having to crouch. i have the habit to stand tall and end up over shooting the ball.

even us shorter players have the same problem!

Yea but we tall players have to crouch way more and it affects my mobility a little, and can tire me faster in a match

not really, its the same. i crouch when i serve so my hight dose not effect my serve

tall players can have a very fatal forehand. look at wang liqin and samsonov
