Thanks for answering my earlier question.I have stared practicing at random .Plus My friend Also read it so we can impliment it as u said .Thanks

I just want to ask u that can we not play in Lowers/I mean track suit lower,is the movement restricted in lower .Is there a need to wear short skirt/short nakker.What is the actual funda the knee should be free.

Hi Shaheen,

It is about feeling comfortable.  I feel uncomfortable trying to move in long tracksuit pants.  In International competition you are not allowed to play in long pants unless you have a good reason for it.

I think just the heaviness of the longer clothing makes it awkward to move.
