Hi Shannon,

We get a lot of enquiries about the penhold grip. We have a lesson on Penhold Techniques for Table Tennis.  Take a look at it by clicking on the link.  This will give you an insight into the grip but also it will show you that the techniques for most things are the same for shakehand and penhold.

The main difference is with the backhand block or punch which you will see on this lesson. 

So the lessons and DVDs we have are relevant to the penhold grip as well.
