Hi Mihir,
You need to change your grip. This will not take a lot of changing.
By having 4 fingers on the back of the bat you not only restrict the amount of space on the bat for hitting backhands, but yiou also tend to lock your wrist. This means that you will get less spin and speed with your strokes.
Often players tend to feel they have more control when they put 4 fingers on the back. You probably o, but the disadvantages are greater.
Make the change. It will help you.

If you want to learn the correct grip of how to hold the bat, then I suggest you look at the video get a grip on the lessons section of this website. This video will teach you the right way of how to hold the bat (unless, if you prefer to use the penhold grip, then just disregard what I've just said).
I hope this helps you and I hope your passion for table tennis remains the same :)

oh!, yeah, thanks for the correction :). There is also a video lesson purely based just on how to use the pen-hold grip, explaining what it is and how to do some of the strokes using this grip.
I hope this has helped you and happy playing. I hope your pasion for the sport remains the same :)
