This can be a difficult task because it isn't easy on your legs. It does mean you will hurt a bit. Think about the benefit of it though.
I have to constantly remind players about this during training. You should do the same for yourself. The benefits are enormous if you can because you will find yourself moving better and your strokes will become more powerful.
Keep reminding yourself each minute or two about your legs. Eventually it will become more natural.
