Can you advice me to increase the strength of the impact? I have a great spin, as well as movement in the points, but i miss a bit more power. Can you give me some advice on how to increase the strength of the shot? Thanks, Milan from Serbia.

Hi Milan,

The main thing is to increase the speed of the contact. Make sure you are keeping the same stroke and just increase the speed of the stroke.  You can also have a slightly flatter contact to get the ball moving faster.

hey alois, is it essential to keep both legs on the ground? ive ssen players either jumping while making a strong topspin, or lifting their leg before the stroke and banging the foot along with the shot.. what do you suggest?

I think that it is best to keep your feet on the ground.  Your power comes from the ground.
