What area do you live in?
Try searching on the internet for Table Tennis clubs in your area. Let me know and I will try to find out more.
Each country has a Table Tennis Association or Federation. They will be the head body of Table Tennis. They should have state associations or clubs as well. It is a matter of finding one that is close to you and contacting them to see if they have something suitable for you.
Anyway, let me know where you are and we can go from there.
