What should i drink when we got break. My friends drink Coca Cola and Fanta. I Drink Energy Drink ( Red Bull )

The best thing to drink is definitely water.
Soft drinks do not do your body any good when you are exercising.
Water will replace most of what you need. If you really train hard over several hours you could think about using a sports drink but usually water is number 1.
