Hi I'm Ali from Iran I've played ping pong since two years ago Asa professional. I used to play with sriver, but now I've just decided to change it to tenergey05. What do you recommend me?

Tenergy is a very good rubber. If you don't find it too fast then it is probably good for you. It is big step up from Sriver to Tenergy but it is a matter of preference.
