Basic strokes in Super Pack

In your super pack DVDs do you domonstrate basic strokes

And looping? It sounds like serves and training.

We do show the basic strokes as part of the lessons packages. The lessons package cover the strokes and lessons on our Lessons Page.

Looping is just a different form of the topspin. It usually refers to the topspin stroke against a backspin ball where you are lifting the ball.

What I really need is all basic strokes , top spin , blocks , push etc

I wanted to know if the super pack covers it all?
