I have downloaded it, and for anybody interested it is very well organised with key points and demonstrations. There is a lot of material, and it takes you from basic level all the way to watching all sorts of serves of different level club players and reading the spin and choosing the correct return. They simplify everything, to make it easy to understand and show Alois returning these serves extremely well, so that the servers were at a disavantage every point!
The only thing I would say to PingSkills is Alois should stop killing those poor junior players' serves :)
I believe my confidence of what to do against different serves has greatly increased after watching the video only once, and I was already a pretty good returner of serves before I watched the video.
