How do I pay?

We use PayPal - The safer, easier way to pay online without sharing your financial information. The PayPal website is fully secured with 128-bit SSL and powerful encryption.

How do I order?

Ordering is easy, simply browse through our online store and click the Add to Cart buttons for any product you wish to order. You will be taken to your shopping cart which displays all the products you have in your cart. You can continue shopping or if you are ready to purchase your Table Tennis goods then click the "Check out with PayPal" button to make your payment securely via the PayPal website.

How do we deliver your goods?

We use Australia Post to deliver all of our goods.

How long will it take before I receive my goods?

Delivery time is normally 5-7 business days for orders within Australia and 10-21 business days for international orders. While we make every effort to send your order promptly, PingSkills cannot be held responsible for Australia Post delays.

How are the shipping charges calculated?

Shipping Charges are calculated for only one item in your order. This is based on the dearest freight item in your order.
