How do I pay?

We use PayPal - The safer, easier way to pay online without sharing your financial information. The PayPal website is fully secured with 128-bit SSL and powerful encryption.

How do I order?

Ordering is easy, simply browse through our online store and click the Add to Cart buttons for any product you wish to order. Your shopping cart on the top left of your screen will be automatically updated. When you are ready to purchase your Table Tennis goods, click on the View Cart link below your shopping cart information. You will then be prompted to choose your shipping region if you have not already. Select your region and then click on the Check out with PayPal button to make your payment securely.

How do we deliver your goods?

We use Fastway Couriers to deliver your Table Tennis tables and Australia Post for smaller orders of bats and DVDs.

How long will it take before I receive my goods?

Delivery time is normally 3-4 days for orders with Australia and 5-7 business days for international orders subject to stock availability. While we make every effort to send your order promptly, PingSkills cannot be held responsible for Australia Post delays. We do not cover losses caused by Australia Post.

How are the shipping charges calculated?

Shipping Charges are calculated for only one item in your order. This is based on the dearest freight item in your order.
