Pretty good information on physical conditioning! I think most people don’t know enough about physical conditioning for Table Tennis in the USA

I hate those people, who call this shortest raquet game as Ping Pong. Ping pong sounds a sluggish game whereas this game is a fastest game in the world, I think. Hence, I request those people who really love this game, to learn to respect this game by calling it ‘Fast Tennis’or ‘Royal Tennis’ or ‘Table Tennis’ or simply ‘TT’. Let’s have a concensous on it.
