Get down low
One sure way to tell a beginner from a professional is to look at their leg position when playing. Beginners tend to stand up tall and have their feet quite close together. However to play Table Tennis like a professional you need to get your feet nice and wide, around 2 shoulder widths apart. Then you need to bend your knees and get down low. This will get you into a very stable and balanced position, perfect for playing Table Tennis. So next time you are practicing or playing make sure that you pay attention to your leg position. Keep reminding yourself to get down low.
