Serving Secrets Brings Quick Results

As I mentioned earlier, I was able to do proper pure backspin pendulum
serves (following Jeff’s model) during my first table tennis session after
watching the Secrets DVD. I made sure to watch the DVD again before my
second session, and this time something just clicked and I was able to
also do effective sidespin (and to a lesser extent topspin) pendulum
serves as well. In addition, my backhand serves have become more
consistently spinny. The quick results have been most satisfying.
